Choose one business outcome

Before choosing a platform, decide what the business needs this quarter. A local studio might want consultation enquiries; a shop might want repeat purchases. Write the outcome in a single sentence and choose one measure that reflects it, such as qualified enquiries rather than likes.

Build the path to that outcome

Map how a stranger becomes a customer: discovery, trust, enquiry and purchase. Give each stage one useful piece of content. A short explainer can introduce the problem, a case study can answer objections and a clear contact page can make enquiring easier.

Make a realistic weekly plan

Choose one primary channel your audience already uses. Publish two helpful posts and one offer-led post each week as a starting experiment, then adjust to your capacity. Reuse questions from customer conversations instead of inventing a new campaign every day.

Review and improve

Keep a weekly record of enquiries, the source of those enquiries and common customer questions. After four weeks, look for patterns. Improve the weakest step in the customer journey before adding another channel.
