Listen before planning
Collect the questions customers ask before they buy. Read comments, support enquiries and sales notes for recurring concerns. These are stronger content starting points than copying a competitor’s calendar.
Give every theme a purpose
Choose themes that educate, demonstrate your approach and invite action. For each idea, write who it helps and what the reader should understand afterwards. If there is no clear answer, refine the idea before designing the post.
Create a recognisable rhythm
Use consistent type, colour and tone while allowing room for experiments. Plan a manageable mix of carousels, short video and conversation starters. Consistency means delivering value reliably, not posting every day regardless of quality.
Review conversations as well as reach
Record saves, relevant replies, enquiries and customer feedback when available in your own account insights. Compare similar formats and time periods. Use those observations to choose what to repeat, revise or stop.
